Corporate Responsibility

We are committed to raising our own corporate responsibility standards, and we also want to feed our experience back into the industry. As a result, we are platinum members of the London Private Hire Car Association (LPHCA), and long established members of the Road Haulage Association (RHA).

Setting high corporate responsibility standards

In order to achieve the standards which we set ourselves, it is important to have the correct management systems in place. This is something that we have been continually improving by adhering to, and building upon, our ISO 9001 Quality Management certification. Corporate social responsibility is not just a stock phrase at Crawfords, we are pushing on and looking to improve further.

A commitment to the environment

We have dedicated significant resources to managing our impact on the environment. For more than five years we have been certified to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management standard. Our commitment to forward looking policies for the measurement and improvement of environmental impact allows us to report and plan for the future. This is important, not just for our own footprint, but also for our customers. With our ongoing focus on customer service, transparency and process, training and development, information and data security, we expect to be able to announce further achievements relating to our system standards in the near future.

Our charity partnership

Crawfords is a proud donator to Shooting Star Chase, a leading children’s hospice charity caring for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
