AIRPORT VIP MEET & GREET SERVICES

Our VIP Meet & Greet service offers you fast and efficient arrivals and departures from busy airports with the minimum of fuss and delay. There are 3 options to choose from with services available from most UK airports.
Procedures at London Heathrow and Gatwick Airports:
AIRSIDE -  MEET & GREET  (CRAWFORDS AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVE)

A seamless transfer direct from the plane to your hotel or vice-versa

Arrival: Our host will meet and greet you direct from the plane (at the door or end of the jetty) with a name board sign and expedite you through immigration, assist with baggage and customs clearance and out of the terminal building to the curbside and a waiting Crawfords company-owned Mercedes vehicle.

Departure : Our host will meet you from the car (curbside outside the terminal building) and confirm your flight details. Then provide assistance with your baggage (trolley cart or porter if required). The host will accompany you to the check-in desk and assist with any check-in procedures. Please note that hosts are unable to jump the queue at the airline check-in desk. Once checked in, our host will escort you to the Departures Point for boarding pass inspection. Airside VIP continues with escort through security, to the airline lounge (if applicable) and escorts you to the boarding gate for departure.

Inter-terminal transfers (Gate to Gate) are also available.

LANDSIDE - MEET & GREET (CRAWFORDS AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVE)

A swift exit after Customs and assistance from the car to departures point

Arrival: Our host will meet and greet you with a name board sign at the Arrivals meeting point which is located immediately after the Customs hall exit. You will be assisted with your baggage to the nearest exit of the terminal building to the curbside and a waiting Crawfords company-owned Mercedes vehicle. This negates the walk to the car park and the exit procedures.

Departure: Our host will meet you from the car (curbside outside the terminal building) and confirm your flight details. Then provide assistance with your baggage (trolley cart or porter if required). The host will accompany you to the check-in desk and assist with any check-in procedures. Please note that hosts are unable to jump the queue at the airline check-in desk. Once checked in, our host will escort you to the Departures Point for boarding pass inspection. LANDSIDE - STANDARD – DRIVER TO MEET & GREET
A reassuring arrival and departure.
Arrival: Our chauffeur will meet and greet you with a name board sign at the Arrivals meeting point which is located immediately after the Customs hall exit. You will be assisted with your baggage to a Crawfords company-owned Mercedes vehicle parked within the terminal car park.
Departure: Our chauffeur will drop you outside the terminal building and locate a baggage cart or porter as required.
