All charges are listed in the current Crawfords Tariff and are payable in the advance except where the hirer has either an approved credit account with Crawfords or a Credit Card approved by the company. |

Value Added tax will be payable at the appropriate rate on all charges. |

All Hires commences when the car leaves the garage and terminates when the car returns to the garage. |

Every Endeavour will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and driver for the duration of a hire period, however, Crawfords reserves the rights to substitute any other driver or car should the need arise. |

Nobody other than a Crawfords employee may drive the Company Vehicle unless those vehicles be the subject of a specific self-Driven rental agreement. |

Crawfords accept no responsibility of any delays no matter how caused . |

The Driver will drive at responsible speeds according to his judgment of the road and traffic conditions at that time and shall not be obliged to drive other than in a manner which is desecration deems appropriate. |

When a hirer wishes to travel to a particular place the driver will,unless given specific instruction by Crawfords, travel by the route which is, in his opinion the best and most convenient for motoring what ever that is the shortest or not and no allowances will be made to the hirer on the grounds that the route travel is not actually the shortest or quickest. |

A responsible amount of ordinary passengers luggage is allowed, but if in the driver opinion the amount of luggage is excessive either by weight or in terms of size, he has the right to decline carry it, Crawfords accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any luggage carried in on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused. |

In the event of the cancellation of a booking after a car has been dispatched from the garage, the hirer will be liable to pay either the minimum charges or a equal to the time and mileage actually covered by the car by the time that the car returns to the garage. |
